由于Outlook Express存在着一个2G的问题，这个问题产生的原因就在于Outlook中
单个文件夹超过2G或者接近2G的时候就会发生错误，主要表象在：
  1）、明明mail收了下来，但是自己看不到；而服务器上面则没了。www.shengfang.org
  2）、只要是有附件的mail，都没法收，一收就报错。www.shengfang.org
  3）、里面的文件夹打不开，或者是打开了却什么mail都看不到，但是在资源管理器
中看.dbx文件（比如说是“收件箱.dbx”）却占了很大的空间。
最近发现一些同事在使用OutLook Express时出现无法打开收件箱，无法查阅收件箱中内容等一系列问题（错误号：0x800C0133 ）。经过查询，发现之所以会出现以上问题都是由于收件箱等 .dbx文件超出了OutLook Express规定的2G的空间上限。

Error code 0x800C0133 occur during receive mail because of microsoft outloo express' dbx file can not more than 2G,so I think I can dev a soft,it is run with oe ,close with oe,check all dbx filesize per minute,when dbx filesize more than 1900M,MeesageBox prompt user that the Dbx file is unsafe!

因此设想一个软件，随着OE运行，定时检查DBX文件大小，当超过限制的时候进行提示。

Problem occur in my Company Outlook Express , I can login the POP3 mail server and see how many of new mail. But I can't receive any mail from the server and appears this error code : 0x800C0133

Is that the problem of my inbox storage limit , becoz there are so much mail store in my inbox , I hv checked there are more than 4 GB size .dbx files in my outlook mail folder.
The Inbox could be damaged, but I can't find the specific error connected to
a damaged Inbox. There is the error "0x800C013C" which does indicate a
problem with the Inbox. I think it would be worthwhile to see if the
Inbox.dbx file is the problem. First move the messages you want to keep to
one or two new Outlook Express folders (or otherwise backup the messages).
Try sending and receiving before renaming or deleting the Inbox.dbx file. Do
you have any other folders used when receiving (with the use of message
rules)? If the a new Inbox or other folder does not resolve the issue it
might be easier to create a new identity than finding the damaged DBX file
through trial and error. Messages could then be imported into the new
identity.

Tip: Compacting messages in Tools, Options, Maintenance, Cleanup Now might
allow sending/receiving again. Do this in offline mode to lessen the risk of
corruption. If this works it would be a good idea to reduce the number of
messages kept in the default Outlook Express folders.
