2.vc can use gdi+ gdiplus to show bmp/jpg/tiff/png.....

 but must inside a gdiplus.dll in win98/winme

  but not in winxp....

when use ocxs,win98 must install 98.ocx,win2000/xp must install 2000.ocx

I do not know why.
