most people use Outlook express as default email client,but when the mailbox file-size more than 2G,oe will  be damaged,you maybe can not rec email,or your oe can not open the inbox.more detail pls see-http://www.shengfang.org/blog/p/skoe2g1.php ,so I dev this soft,it can help you monitor the dbx filesize,start with oe,close with oe.

请按照界面提示进行操作，以后直接点击OE的快捷方式，本软件将监视DBX文件大小，一旦超过1.9G，软件将弹出对话框提示进行警告

Please do as soft prompt,then you click the oe shortcut,OEPARTNER will monitor the dbx file,when it's filesize more than 1.9G,Oepartner will prompt you with a warning msgbox.
